Canon’s global presence spans multiple markets, languages, and product categories, creating significant complexity in delivering a consistent digital experience at scale.

Over time, this had led to fragmentation across platforms, creating inconsistency in user experience and inefficiencies in content management.

I led the definition of a scalable experience framework, aligning global stakeholders and simplifying the ecosystem across multiple markets.
